How secure is my data?

Contracts are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3. We strip personally identifiable information before LLM processing. Your documents are never used to train AI models. Our infrastructure implements SOC 2-aligned security controls including audit logging, access controls, and encryption.

Which contract types are supported?

ContractPilot handles NDAs, commercial leases, employment agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), vendor contracts, consulting agreements, software licenses, and general partnership agreements.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Does it work with Clio?

Clio integration is coming in Phase 2. You will be able to pull matters and push reviewed contracts directly from your Clio account without leaving ContractPilot.
