1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContractPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. ContractPilot is a product of Vision Tech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Payment Terms

ContractPilot offers two pricing plans:

• Pay Per Review: $4.99 per contract review, billed at the time of each submission.
• Solo Monthly Plan: $29.00 per month for up to 20 contract reviews per billing cycle, billed in advance.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file. Unused reviews on the monthly plan do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Per-review purchases are non-refundable once a contract has been submitted for analysis. Monthly plan subscriptions may be canceled at any time; you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. If you experience a technical error that prevents a review from completing, contact us at legal@contractpilot.xyz for a credit or re-review.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying AI models, is owned by Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any contracts you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded documents solely for the purpose of providing the review. We do not use your documents to train our models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated contract analyses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific review giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
